摘要:

电动汽车行业快速发展,因充电而引发的安全事故也时有发生,充电设备和动力电池是事故发生的两大主体。当前对电气安全的考核还处于满足相关标准的层面,缺乏完善的考核评价指标。本文针对电动汽车充电设备的电气安全保护,提出了一种基于综合权重的合格率考核指标,将抽象的电气安全保护能力量化处理,并对一台箱式充电站进行了充电设备电气安全保护合格率的测试,验证了考核指标的有效性。

Abstract:

By the rapid development of EV industry, electric safety accidents occurred sometimes, charging equipment and power battery are two main aspects. At present, the assessment of electrical safety is still in the level to meet the relevant standards and lack of complete assessment. In this paper, according to the electric safety protection of electric vehicle charging equipment, a new method based on comprehensive weight is proposed. This method quantifies the abstract ability of electrical safety and a real charging equipment is tested, in order to verify the validity of the evaluation index.
