摘要:

调度中心主站状态估计的计算速度和精度,已经成为制约智能配电系统高级配电应用体系实现的瓶颈,因而在厂站端进行变电站级状态估计有其必要性。智能变电站作为坚强智能电网的重要基础和节点支撑,其丰富及多维度的信息为实现变电站级状态估计提供了技术平台。通过变电站级状态估计并与调度中心主站状态估计协调配合,可以缓解调度中心的计算压力,有效地提高配电网基础数据的可靠性。本文详细阐述了基于二次常数准则法的智能变电站状态估计的总体架构设计和关键技术分析,并介绍了该方法在天津滨海和畅路智能变电站的实际应用情况。结果表明智能变电站状态估计取得了预期的效果,具有较大的推广应用价值。

Abstract:

The estimation speed and accuracy of state estimation in the power dispatching center has become the bottleneck that hinders the achievement of the whole advanced applications infrastructure. So it is significant to study the state estimation in substations. As the significant foundation and node support of the strong smart grid, the intelligent substation has abundant and multi-dimensional information, which provides technology platform for implementing substation-level state estimation. The calculation pressure can be relieved and the data relia-bility of distribution system can be guaranteed through coordination of state estimators in the distributed intelligent substations and the power dispatching center. The implementation scheme and key technology of intelligent substation state estimation is elaborated based on quadratic-constant in the paper, and its application is introduced in an intelligent substation in Binhai of Tianjin. The application results show good performance of the intelligent state estimation, which has great practical value.
