Eccentricity Fault Diagnosis Based on Dual Signal Analysis in Large Submersible Motor

摘要:

气隙偏心故障在大型感应电机的运行操作过程中是一种常见的故障形式,潜水电机尤为更甚。针对实际工程中的偏心形式,通过仿真计算转轴挠度,提出弧偏心模型。本文以一台1 200kW的潜水电机为研究对象,构建弧偏心模型,进而分析研究定子故障电流。采用三维有限元法来分析计算由气隙磁场作用在转子表面所产生的不平衡磁拉力,并提取在不同偏心度情况下的磁拉力幅值。为了有效检测出弧偏心故障,本文提出基于振动信号的频谱以及定子电流特征信号相对比的检测方法,并通过仿真验证了双信号检测方法的有效性。

Abstract:

Air-gap eccentricity commonly occurs in large induction motors, especially submersible motors. Based on this failure, a curved eccentricity model is set up by simulating the deflection of the shaft and such model is applied to prototype (1 200kW submersible motor) and current analysis of the faulty machine is carried out in this paper. Then, the amplitude of the unbalanced magnetic force is calculated by analyzing the influence of the air gap on the magnetic field and 3-D finite element method is carried out to calculate UMP in curved eccentric motor. By comparing the amplitude of the vibration signal spectrum and current signal spectrum, the existence of curved eccentricity can be detected. The result proves the feasibility of such dual signal analysis on curved eccentricity.
