摘要:

本文提出一种针对交直传动牵引变流器的故障诊断和定位的新方案。该方案将正常和故障条件下系统输入电流进行比较,通过其中的差异获得故障状态,并根据故障诊断表对故障管进行定位。诊断变量为电流差误差的极性,省去了繁复精确的计算过程并有效地避免了负载变化对电流的影响。故障检测装置简单,可直接加在现有的变流系统中而不增加系统复杂性。另通过一些简单的电路将诊断信号数字化,从而显著提高了牵引变流器的检修便捷性。该方法诊断时间短,从故障发生到诊断结果输出只需要两个基本周期。利用Matlab/Simulink软件平台建立仿真模型,通过实验验证了该故障诊断方法的有效性。

Abstract:

In this paper, a novel method for fault diagnosis and location of traction converter for AC/DC drive is presented. This scheme compares the input current of the system under normal and fault condition. The fault state is obtained by the distinction and the fault location is identified by the fault diagnosis table. The diagnosis variable is the polarity of current error, eliminating the complicated calculations and avoiding the influence of load variation on the current. The fault detection device is simple, which can be directly included in the existing converter system without any increase of system complexity. The digital signal of fault diagnosis is achieved by using simple hardware, which significantly improves the ease of maintenance on the traction converter . The proposed method has a short diagnosis time, and it took only two fundamental periods to determine the diagnostic results. The simulation model is established in Matlab/Simulink software platform, and the effectiveness of the fault diagnosis method is verified by experiments.
