串联电池组改进电感型均压电路研究

摘要:

针对经典电感型均衡电路只能在相邻电池组间自高向低单向均衡电压的问题,提出一种改进电感型均衡电路,不仅可以实现相邻电池之间的双向均衡电压,而且通过控制开关管的通断,可以实现任意串联电池组间能量由高向低转移。对该电路进行了电路分析,导出了均衡电流值。通过Simulink对串联铅酸蓄电池组均衡电路进行仿真,验证了改进电感型均衡电路的可行性;与经典电感型均衡电路进行对比,结果表明改进电感型均衡电路简单,提高了均衡效率,减小了电路损耗,优化了均衡效果。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem that the classical inductive balance circuit can only self-go high low unidirectional equalization voltage between adjacent battery packs, an improved inductance equalization circuit is proposed, which can not only realize bidirectional equalization voltage between adjacent batteries, and by turning the switch on and off, any series between the battery pack energy transfer from high to low can be achieved. Through the circuit analysis, the equilibrium current value is derived. The simulation of the balanced circuit of the series lead-acid battery through Simulink verifies the feasibility of the improved equalization circuit. Compared with the classical inductance equalization circuit, the improvement of the inductance equalization circuit is simple, the equalization efficiency is improved, the circuit loss is reduced , and the balance effect is optimized.
