大规模风电送出系统的次同步振荡问题研究综述

摘要:

随着我国风力发电的快速发展,大规模风电外送逐渐成为风电消纳,提高风电利用率的主要方式。大规模风电送出主要有两种形式,经串补送出与经HVDC送出。两种送出系统均有引发风电机组次同步振荡问题的风险。首先阐述了三种典型风电机组的特性,进而分别归纳了大规模风电经串补送出系统与经HVDC送出系统中可能发生的次同步振荡问题的发生机理、相关特性和抑制措施。总结了适用于大规模风电送出系统次同步振荡问题的分析方法。最后,对本课题的研究前景加以展望。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of wind power, large-scale wind power transmission is gradually becoming the main way of wind power usage and improvement of wind power availability. Large-scale wind power transmission includes transmitting through series compensation and HVDC. These two transmission both have the risk of sub-synchronous oscillation. The characteristics of three typical wind turbines is stated. The generating mechanism, characteristics and suppression measures of sub-synchronous oscillation in two transmission systems are generalized. The analysis method appropriate for sub-synchronous oscillation in large-scale wind power transmission is summarized. At last, the research prospect on this field is explored.
