摘要:

在输电线路中安装故障限流器可有效降低电力系统的短路电流水平和高压断路器的遮断容量要求。然而,由于加装限流器后改变了线路的参数,使得断路器的实际开断条件可能更加苛刻。本文根据复合型故障限流器运行模式的不同、安装位置的差异,推导出不同运行模式下断路器恢复电压上升率与限流比、串补度和近区故障距离之间的关系表达式,并据此研究了运行模式的不同、安装位置的差异以及故障类型的区别等各种因素对断路器恢复电压上升率的影响。在此基础上,对比了相关文献中的仿真结果,进而验证了所述分析方法的有效性。本文的研究结果为复合型故障限流器的高压电器组件的参数优化以及变电站中对高压断路器的技术参数选型提供了分析方法和理论依据。

Abstract:

Installation of fault current limiter (FCL) in transmission lines can effectively suppress the short-circuit current level and thus reduce the breaking capacity requirement from HV circuit breakers. However, it may also result in more severe breaking conditions for circuit breakers, because of changing lines parameter. For different running mode of comprehensive FCL and for its different location in transmission line, a expression has been presented for describing the relationship between the rate of rise of recovery voltage (RRRV) of circuit breakers and current limit factor, series compensation degree, and short-line fault distance. Based on the presented expression, the systematical calculations and analyses have been carried out to reveal the influence of every principal parameter on RRRV, and the corresponding results are compared with those from previous publications available, showing effectivity of the analyzing methodology presented in this work. The results given in this work provide the basical and theoretical reference for the parameter optimization of comprehensive FCL and for reliable selection of the breaking characteristics of HV circuit breakers.
