Abstract:

Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is affected by the non-linear factors of the inverter during operation, causing the motor stator current to produce harmonics, which causes the motor to generate additional losses. Because traditional proportion integration (PI) controllers cannot track AC signals without static errors, the accuracy of harmonic detection will not be high. In response to this problem, a harmonic detection structure based on positive and negative sequence fundamental wave extractors is proposed, which can track the harmonic AC quantity without static error. The harmonic extractor is obtained by setting the angular velocity, which extracts the 5th negative sequence harmonics and the 7th positive sequence harmonics respectively, and injects them into the output voltage of the current loop PI controller as a compensation amount to reduce the harmonic content of motor stator winding current. The simulation results show that the PMSM harmonic suppression strategy based on positive and negative sequence harmonic extractors can effectively suppress the motor stator current harmonics.
