摘要:

特快速暂态过电压(Very fast transient overvoltage, VFTO)具有幅值高、波前陡、频带宽和持续时间长的特点。额定电压的大小决定VFTO对设备的危害程度,还会严重影响气体组合开关(Gas insulated switchgear, GIS)及邻近电力设备的安全,所以寻找有效的抑制措施显得极为重要。现已有几种有抑制效果的措施,但也存在相应的缺陷。因此提出一种高频过电压抑制导线,即阻尼母线的设计方法。在工频处,对母线的绝缘性能和流量没有影响,但是当频率高时,行波电流在电感器端形成高电压。行波能量在高压作用下被其两端阻尼电阻吸收,对VFTO起抑制作用。

Abstract:

The ultra-fast transient over-voltage(VFTO) has the characteristics of high amplitude, steep wavefront, long frequency band and long duration. The rated voltage determines the damage degree of VFTO to the equipment, and it also seriously threatens the safety of gas insulated switchgear(GIS) and neighboring power equipment. Finding effective inhibitory measures is extremely important. There are several measures that have inhibitory effects, but there are corresponding defects. A design method for high frequency overvoltage suppression wires is presented, namely damping bus bars. Under the power frequency, the insulation performance and flow capacity of the busbar do not affect the performance, but when the frequency is high, the traveling wave current forms a high voltage at the inductor end. The traveling wave energy is absorbed by the damping resistor at both ends under the action of high voltage, which inhibits VFTO.
