集成耦合电感升压–反激变换器的建模及控制研究

Modeling and Control of Integrated Coupled-Inductor Boost-Flyback Converter

摘要:

提出了一种高效率、高增益的升压DC-DC变换器——集成耦合电感升压–反激变换器。该变换器克服了传统升压电路高升压比对占空比的依赖,可在较小占空比下实现更高电压增益。与传统升压–反激变换器相比,可有效减小电容电压纹波,降低二极管反向恢复损耗。简要分析了该变换器的工作原理,使用状态空间平均法建立了在电流连续工作模式(CCM)下的小信号模型。由模型得到控制量至输出量的传递函数,设计出相应闭环控制系统。通过仿真研究证明了闭环系统的稳定性及建模方法的正确性,并在实验室设计30W样机对变换器进行实验验证。经实验、仿真结果和理论分析的比较,验证了理论分析的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:

A boost DC-DC converter, with high efficiency and high voltage gain and integrated with coupled-inductor boost flyback converter, is proposed in this paper. The dependence on duty cycle to realize high set-up ratio, in the conventional boosted circuit, is eliminated in this paper so that the converter can fulfill higher voltage gain using relatively small cycle duty. In comparison to traditional methods, this will effectively decrease voltage ripple of capacitor and lower the reverse recovery loss of diode. Firstly, this paper has a brief analysis of the operating principle of this converter and a small-signal model is established by using state space averaging method in continuous conduction mode(CCM). Secondly, the transfer function of control parameters to output parameters is, according to the model, built and correspondingly the closed-loop control system is designed via this function. Finally, the stability of closed-loop system and the accuracy of way of constructing model are verified in the stimulation. In the meantime, a 30W prototype that is used to test the performance of this converter is designed. The accordance of the results from stimulation and analysis demonstrates the correctness and feasibility of theoretical analysis of the model of proposed converter.
