摘要:

10kV配电线路不停电检修中,作业人员在进行装、拆引流线和断、接跳线时,由于杆塔及设备上无合适的固定位置,易摆动造成短路或接地而引发安全事故。本文首先对现有方法的不足进行了详细分析和论述,针对性地设计并研制出一种绝缘固定装置,其主要由伸缩式绝缘底座、绝缘支杆、固定装置构成。通过现场试验验证表明:本装置通用性强、操作方便、安全可靠,可有效解决10kV带负荷更换柱上设备或断、接跳线作业中引流线及跳线无固定位置的问题,极大地提高了作业效率和作业安全性,同时缩短了用户的停电时间,提高了供电可靠性,对电网安全运行和供电连续性提供了有力技术支撑,具有很高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:

In the 10kV distribution line live work, due to the tower and the equipment without a suitable fixed position, workers disassemble and remove the drain line and disconnect jumper easily lead to short circuit or ground, and lead to security incidents. Firstly, in this paper, the shortcomings of the existing methods are analyzed and discussed in detail, and an insulation fixture is designed and developed. It consists of telescopic insulated base, insulated pole and fixture. Through the field application shows that the device versatility, easy to operate, safe and reliable. It can solve the replacement of 10kV charged column device, and the jumper no fixed location problem. It greatly improves the work efficiency and safety, shortens the user’s power outage time, improves the power supply reliability, at the same time provides the strong technical support for power grid operation and continuity of power supply. It has a high value in popularization and application.
