摘要:

本文介绍了将变电站静止无功发生器(SVG)与电容电抗器一起列入自动电压控制(AVC)系统的组网方案,通过设置AVC子站增强系统安全稳定性,然后对SVG接入AVC系统的控制策略进行研究,再根据实际变电站发生的SVG响应AVC指令异常缺陷,提出控制策略的改进措施,在变电站实际改进控制策略并持续观察,实际电压调节效果证实了控制策略改进的有效性。

Abstract:

In this paper, the networking scheme of the static var genertor (SVG) equipment and the capacitor joining in the automatic voltage control (AVC) system is introduced. By setting the AVC substation, the system enhances security and stability. Then the control strategy of SVG joining in the AVC system is studied. According to the abnormal defect of SVG response to AVC instructions in substations, the improved measures of the control strategy are put forward. The improved control strategy is applied in the substation and continues to be observed. The actual voltage adjustment approves the effectiveness of control strategy improvement.
