摘要:

基于Ansoft Maxwell对无磁屏蔽型、全屏蔽型和部分磁屏蔽型三种结构型式的空心电抗器进行电磁场计算,对比分析了磁通密度大小、磁通密度分布、损耗密度分布及电感。结果表明:无磁屏蔽型磁力线分布分散,而全屏蔽型和部分磁屏蔽型空心电抗器无论磁力线分布还是电感值都很相似,且电感性受屏蔽高度的影响很小,由于部分磁屏蔽型空心电抗器硅钢片用量少,因此具有较好的经济性。

Abstract:

Non-magnetic shielding type, full magnetic shielding type and part magnetic shielding type are simulated to calculate the magnetic field about air-core reactor based on the Ansoft Maxwell software, distribution of magnetic density, magnetic intensities, loss density and inductance are analyzed and compared. The results show that distribution of magnetic lines is decentralized for Non-magnetic shielding type, but whatever distribution of magnetic lines or inductance are very similar for the other two types, the height of magnetic shielding have little effect on inductance, part magnetic shielding type of air-core reactor have good cost advantage because less usage of silicon steel.
