一种电缆护层接地系统的取能电源模块设计

摘要:

针对电缆隧道环境严酷、缺乏可用低压电源的现状,提出了一种用于电缆隧道内各类传感器及监测装置的取能方法并设计了取能电源。首先通过接入端口串接到电缆护层接地位置或电缆护层交叉互联位置获取电缆金属护层电流,获取的交流电流经保护电路、取能电路以及管理单元等各级电路处理得到稳定的直流5 V输出。为解决隧道电缆监测装置取电过电流保护、欠电流供能的问题,引入由锂电池和充放电电路组成的备用电源提供备用直流输出,由F320单片机及相关电路组成的管理单元作为取能电源的核心,通过特殊的算法和控制逻辑完成电压监测、电流监测、电源切换和通道控制等功能。经过试验验证,设计的取电电源能够完成整个隧道中的电缆监测传感器稳定供电。

Abstract:

An energy acquisition method for all kinds of sensors and monitoring devices in cable tunnel is presented, and the energy recovery power supply is designed to be directed against the harsh environment and the lack of available low-voltage power supply of cable tunnel. First of all, the cable metal protective current is obtained by connecting the connection port to the grounding position of the cable protective layer or the interconnecting position of the cable protection layer. The obtained current handles by protected circuit, energy acquisition circuit and management unit,then get stable DC 5 V output. In order to solve the problem of over-current protection and undercurrent supply of tunnel cable monitoring device, the backup power supply composed of lithium battery and charge / discharge circuit is introduced to provide the backup DC output, and the management unit composed of F320 single chip microcomputer and related circuits is used as the core of the energy recovery power supply, and the voltage monitoring as well ascurrent monitoring, power switching and channel control functions are accomplished through special algorithm and control logic. The whole power supply provides a stable power supply for the cable monitoring sensor in the tunnel.
