摘要:
在新的电力体制改革中,现货市场作为其中的重要环节,同中长期市场相互配合,实现了资源的优化配置。目前,我国8个现货市场试点地区均已投入试运行,市场建设取得阶段性成就,随着我国电力改革的进一步深化,现货市场将成为我国电力市场建设的核心。对电力现货市场的特点和组织模式进行了归纳,阐述了现货市场的国内外发展现状,并对各个地区的建设进行比较,讨论了现货市场的体系架构和运行方式,总结了现货市场在建设过程中所遇到的问题,并通过分析给出解决方案。
