摘要:

气体绝缘金属全封闭组合电器(Gas insulated switchgear,GIS)中的盆式绝缘子在生产制造过程中,其内部可能会有毛刺缺陷存在,毛刺缺陷会使其附近电场发生畸变,局部电场发生畸变会导致局部放电或击穿故障。以252 kV GIS盆式绝缘子为对象,分析了嵌件毛刺半径、毛刺长度、毛刺尖端角度对其周围电场分布的影响及环型金属镀层对畸变电场的影响。结果表明,毛刺周围电场畸变程度随毛刺半径的增大而减小;毛刺尖端处电场畸变程度随毛刺长度的增加而增大;毛刺周围电场的畸变程度随毛刺尖角的增大而减小;环型金属镀层对毛刺附近电场有一定的消减作用。仿真结果可为GIS盆式绝缘子毛刺缺陷现场故障分析及绝缘子结构局部优化提供参考。

Abstract:

In the manufacturing process of the basin insulator in gas insulated switchgear (GIS), there may be burr defects in the interior, and the burr defects will distort the electric field distribution nearby, the local electric field distortion will lead to partial discharge or breakdown fault. A 252 kV GIS basin insulator is taken as an example to analyze the influence of burr radius, burr length and burr tip angle on the electric field distribution around the insert and the influence of ring metal coating on the distorted electric field. The results show that the degree of electric field distortion around the burr decreases with the increase of the radius of the burr. The degree of electric field distortion at the tip of the burr increases with the increase of the length of the burr. The distortion degree of the electric field around the burr decreases with the increase of the burr tip angle. Ring metal coating has a certain subtractive effect on electric field near burr. The simulation results provides reference for GIS basin insulator burr defect field fault analysis and local optimization of insulator structure.
