摘要:

针对传统Boost变换器变换比低、开关器件电压应力大的问题,提出一种单开关新型高变换比DC-DC变换器拓扑,该变换器采用非隔离形式,可有效降低变压器或耦合电感等升压方式中因漏感所带来的磁能量损失,提高功率传输比。详细分析了所提变换器的工作原理,推导出了基于稳态模型的变换比方程,并通过仿真试验进行了理论验证,验证结果表明,该变换器具有高变换比、低开关电压应力和输入电流连续的特点,特别适用于燃料电池、太阳电池等新能源逆变并网的场合。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of low conversion ratio and high voltage stress of traditional Boost converter, a new single switch novel high conversion ratio DC-DC converter topology is proposed. The converter adopts non-isolation form, which can effectively reduce the loss of magnetic energy caused by leakage inductance in boost mode such as transformer or coupling inductance, and improve the power transfer ratio. The working principle of the proposed converter is analyzed in detail, and the transformation ratio equation based on the steady-state model is deduced. The experimental results show that the converter has the characteristics of high conversion ratio, low switching voltage stress and continuous input current. It is especially suitable for the grid-connected applications of new energy inverters such as fuel cells and solar cells.
