摘要:

接触网绝缘子作为绝缘部件,对铁路牵引供电系统的正常运行有着重要意义。绝缘子表面的电场分布发生变化时,会影响绝缘子的闪络特性,从而导致铁路机车不能正常运行,如何得到绝缘子沿面电场分布对防止绝缘子闪络、保证铁路机车正常运行具有重要意义。在分析了影响绝缘子闪络的因素后,对接触网绝缘子沿面电场测量、计算方法进行了介绍,分析了不同方法的优缺点,并指出有限元分析法将是未来研究、设计、优化接触网绝缘子沿面电场分布的主要方法。

Abstract:

Contact net insulators as insulation components are of great significance for the normal operation of railway traction power supply systems. When the electric field distribution on the surface of the insulator changes, it will affect the flashover characteristics of the insulator, which will cause the railway locomotive to fail to operate normally. How to obtain the electric field distribution along the insulator is of great important to prevent the insulator flashover and ensure the normal operation of the railway locomotive. After analyzing the factors affecting the flashover of the insulator, the measurement and calculation methods of the electric field along the insulator surface of catenary are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of different methods are analyzed. It is pointed out that the finite element analysis method will be the main method to study, design and optimize the electric filed distribution along the surface of catenary insulators in the future.
