Study on the Restarting Method of Induction Motor under Speed-sensorless Control

摘要:

在一些特殊应用场合,在电力中断后旋转感应电机需要采取快速平滑重投方法继续投入运行。采用无速度传感器控制下带速重投时刻需要获取电机初始速度从而完成带速重投过程。为此,引入单电流闭环直流注入法快速获取感应电机的初始转速。分析了短时电力中断情况下旋转电机特性,建立了单电流闭环直流注入下旋转电机数学模型,分析了测量反馈电流频率估算电机转速的方法;同时研究了从单电流闭环直流注入切换到全阶转速估算的模式切换策略。最后,通过搭建仿真模型进行验证,仿真结果验证了基于单电流闭环直流注入带速重投方法的可行性。

Abstract:

In some special applications, the free-running induction motor needs to be put into operation after short power interruption. In the case of speed-sensorless control, the initial speed of the motor is needed to realize the restarting procedure. Therefore, a single-current closed-loop DC injection method is introduced to obtain the initial speed of induction motor in a short time. The characteristics of free-running induction motor under power interruption are analyzed, the mathematical model of induction motor under signal-current closed-loop DC injection is established, and the method of measuring feedback current frequency to estimate initial speed is analyzed. At the same time, the switching strategy from single-current closed-loop DC injection to full-order adaptive observer is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by simulation.
