摘要:

基于磁控形状记忆合金(Magnetically controlled shape memory alloy,MSMA)的逆效应原理,研制了一种以MSMA材料为核心器件,能够将机械力转换为电磁信号的传感器。结合磁路设计的基本原理以及ANSYS有限元分析软件,以增大气隙的磁感应强度及感应电压值,减小励磁功率为优化目标,选取永磁体型号、永磁体厚度、聚磁头长度和气隙长度为优化变量,实现对传感器结构的优化设计与仿真研究。优化后的传感器磁场分布更加均匀,整体性能得到提高。试验表明传感器输出感应电压的计算结果与试验结果变化趋势一致,数值基本吻合,验证了传感器结构优化的正确性及合理性。

Abstract:

Based on the inverse effect principle of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy (MSMA), a kind of sensor that uses MSMA material as the core device is developed, which can convert mechanical force into electromagnetic signal. Combined with the basic principle of magnetic circuit design and ANSYS finite element analysis software, in order to increase the magnetic induction intensity of the air gap and induced voltage value, reduce the excitation power, the optimal design and simulation of the sensor structure were realized via modefying paraments including the permanent magnet size, permanent magnet thickness, length of the polymer head and length of the air gap. The magnetic field distribution of the optimized sensor is more uniform and the overall performance is improved. The experimental results show that the change trend of the sensor output induced voltage is consistent with the experimental results, and the values are basically consistent, which verifies the correctness and rationality of the sensor structure optimization.
