电力变压器直流偏磁试验研究

摘要:

随着电力系统直流输电线路的投运,在单极大地运行时,直流换流站附近的交流变压器受到直流电流侵入,造成振动噪声增加及损耗增加和过热问题,影响变压器的安全运行。本文采用试验方法,研究了交流变压器在直流偏磁下的损耗、励磁电流、噪声声级和频谱情况,得出了变压器相关参数随直流电流增加而变化的规律,总结不同铁心结构交流变压器对直流偏磁的耐受能力。为变压器运行时进行状态评估和诊断提供参考。

Abstract:

With the operation of HVDC transmission line in power system, in single pole ground operation, DC converter station in the vicinity of the AC transformer by DC current invasion, resulting in vibration and noise increase and loss increase and overheating problems and affect the transformer safe operation. The test method of DC bias of transformer without load and with some simulation load was introduced. The characteristics under loss, noise and vibration of transformer are analyzed. The suggestions of ability of withstand DC bias in power grid system are presented.
