IGBT串联混合均压技术的研究

摘要:

由于目前单个IGBT管的耐压有限,在高压大功率的应用领域需要多个电力电子器件的串联来解决额定工作电压高的问题。串联IGBT不仅可以获得更高的耐压值,其开关性能也是相同电压等级下最优秀的。串联IGBT存在的问题是串联电压不均衡所导致的局部电压过高,从而致使单个IGBT管因过电压而损坏,需要采用合适的均压控制方法。本文对有源钳位控制和磁心同步控制进行了原理及特点的讲解,比较两种方法的优缺点,并提出了一种基于两种方法的混合均压控制技术,弥补了单个方法的不足,并通过PSPICE仿真验证其可靠性及稳定性。

Abstract:

Because of the limitation of a single IGBT’s rating voltage, series connect of IGBTs can solve the problems working in high voltage-high power applications. IGBTs in series connection not only have higher voltage rating, but the switching performance is also the best under the same voltage level. The voltage imbalance caused by local overvoltage is the most important problem of the IGBTs series, it needs to adopt a suitable control method to solve the problem. This paper discuss the operating principle and characteristics of two voltage balancing methods, one is the active clamp control the other is the gate-balancing core control. By comparing the advantage and disadvantage of two methods. A hybrid control method combining two methods is proposed to make up for the shortage of both methods .The reliability and stability of hybrid mothed is verified by the simulations in the PSPICE software.
