摘要:

针对电动钻机的动力系统柴油发电机组在并联运行的时候,因供油干扰往往出现功率的周期性振荡,同时伴随着以转速振荡、电压和频率的不稳定现象,即所谓的交互振荡问题。根据其产生原理可以通过改进柴油发电机的控制策略来解决柴油发电机组并联运行时出现的交互振荡问题。目前,柴油发电机组的控制系统大都采用常规的PID控制技术,不能有效地克服供油干扰引起的功率振荡,因此采用模糊PID控制算法替代常规PID控制。利用Matlab/Simulink建立柴油发电机组的数学模型,分别验证模糊PID和常规PID对柴油发电机组发生负载变化的控制效果,并模拟实际存在于柴油发电机组功率交互振荡,通过仿真验证模糊PID的可行性。

Abstract:

When the diesel generator set of the power system of the electric drilling rig is running in parallel, the periodic oscillation of power often occurs due to the interference of oil supply, accompanied by the instability of speed oscillation, voltage and frequency, which is called the problem of interactive oscillation. The purpose of this paper is to improve the control of diesel generator set to solve the problem of generator set interaction oscillation in the power system of electric drilling rig. At present, the control system of diesel generator sets mostly adopts the traditional PID control technology, which cannot effectively overcome the power oscillation caused by the fuel supply interference. Therefore, the fuzzy PID control algorithm is used instead of the conventional PID control. The mathematical model of diesel generator set is established by using Matlab/Simulink; the control effect of fuzzy PID and conventional PID on the nonlinear problems such as variable load of diesel generator set is verified respectively, and the feasibility of fuzzy PID is verified by simulation.
