摘要:

低速大转矩电动机为了获得良好的电磁性能,其几何尺寸主要表现为较大的径长比,这将会导致其内部空间占有率不高。为了充分利用低速大转矩电动机的内部空间,提高电动机的输出转矩密度,提出了一种新型混合转子双定子低速大转矩电动机。为保证电动机长期可靠运行,针对定子-转子-定子的双气隙结构,对电动机的整体机械结构进行了设计,并对电动机的重要结构件进行了详细的力学性能分析。除此之外,针对该电动机的复杂热传递路径,还提出了一种新的热网络模型,并以此为基础分析了电动机的温升分布特点,设计了有效的冷却系统。

Abstract:

In order to obtain better electromagnetic performance, low-speed and high-torque motors are mainly characterized by large diameter-to-length ratio, which will result in low internal space occupancy. In order to make full use of the internal space and improve the output torque density of the low-speed high-torque motor, a new hybrid rotor dual stator low-speed high-torque motor is proposed. In order to ensure the long-term reliable operation, the stator-rotor-stator double air gap structure and the mechanical structure of the motor are designed, and a detailed mechanical performance analysis of the important structural parts is conducted. In addition, in view of the complex heat transfer path of the motor, a new thermal network model is proposed. Based on this, the temperature rise distribution characteristics of the motor is analyzed, and an effective cooling system is designed.
