机械臂用电动螺杆直驱永磁同步电机设计与分析

摘要:

液压驱动存在传动效率低、漏油和高温易引发火灾的问题。本文采用永磁同步电动机螺杆直驱取代机械臂用液压驱动环节,将一台挖掘机动臂油缸参数转化为PN = 22kW、nN = 750r/min的永磁同步电动机参数,分别设计6极36槽和8极48槽电机,同时在Maxwell中进行空载仿真。通过采用转子不均匀气隙对电机气隙磁密波形和齿槽转矩进行优化,并进行负载仿真,得到了一台可用于取代机械臂液压缸的永磁同步电动机。

Abstract:

In this paper, the hydraulic drive system is replaced by the direct drive of the permanent magnet synchronous motor with the screw which connected to the rotor, because of the low transmission efficiency, oil spills and most likely a fire when working in high temperature environment.The parameters of an excavator boom cylinder are converted to the parameters as PN = 22kW、nN = 750r/min of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. The 6-pole 36-slot and 8-pole 48-slot motor are designed respectively, the no-load simulations is done in Maxwell at the same time. Air gap magnetic flux and cogging torque are optimized by the way of the use of the uneven air gap, the load simulations is achieved, and a permanent magnet synchronous motor that can be used to replace a hydraulic cylinder is also achieved.
