超高压串补测量系统接触类故障深入性研究 *

摘要:

在继电保护领域中,测量系统电气二次回路接触类问题是导致设备故障的一个主要因素,面对这类问题电力系统一线检修工作者大多通过表象和经验推断出结论,然后进行回路排查,直至问题解决。这种工作模式虽然也可以解决实际问题,但缺乏对回路接触不良问题具体的现象归纳、原因分析、试验验证以及故障排查效果的后继跟踪,只能做到一事一议。结合国内某超高压串补平台上测量系统一个接触类故障处理的全过程,深入分析和研究非典型接触性故障的根源。通过对非典型接触类故障处理全过程的分析和总结,有助于提高串补整体的运维检修技术。将该研究成果推广应用到电力系统继电保护领域运维检修工作中,可以直接提高运维检修工作效率,乃至区域电网的安全稳定运行水平。

Abstract:

In the field of relay protection, the contact problem of the electrical secondary circuit of the measurement system is a major factor leading to equipment failure. In the face of such problems, most of the first-line maintenance workers of the power system infer this conclusion through appearance and experience, and then conduct circuit inspection until the problem is solved. Although this working mode can solve practical problems, it lacks specific phenomenon induction, cause analysis, test verification, and follow-up tracking of the process result of poor contact problems, which can only discuss one thing at a time. Combining the whole process of one contact fault repair of the measurement system on ultra-high voltage series compensation(SC) platform in China, deeply analyze and study the root cause of the atypical contact fault. Through the analysis and summary of the atypical contact fault, it helps to improve the operation and maintenance technology of SC. Moreover, the research results show that it can also be applied to the relay protection operation and maintenance work in the field of power system relay protection, which directly improve the operation and maintenance work efficiency and even the safe and stable operation level of the regional power grid.
