Research on Economic Settlement of Negative Value Network Loss Based on Transmission Lines

摘要:

负线损治理作为供电企业的一项重要技术指标,关系到供电公司的经济效益和精益化管理水平。拟采用一种基于线路网损灵敏度绝对值进行网损分摊的方法,并结合并网节点注入功率的报价水准来修正输电线路的网络损耗。这种方法可利用电力市场竞价来进行网损修正,还能促进供电部门为各发电个体合理的结算网损费用,帮助各方合理的规避网络损耗,避免供电部门进行负线损结算的损失。最后,以IEEE 2机14节点系统为例,通过对算例系统的计算、分析及比较,验证了所提方法解决网损存在负值问题的可行性。

Abstract:

As an important technical indicator in power supply enterprises, negative line loss management affects the economic benefits and lean management level of power supply enterprises. A method of loss allocation based on the absolute value of line loss sensitivity is proposed. Combined with the quoted power level of grid connected nodes, the network loss of transmission lines is corrected. The electricity market bidding is used to correct the network loss, and can also promote the power supply department to properly settle the network loss cost for each power generation individual, and help reasonable avoidance of network loss by all parties, avoid the loss of negative line loss settlement by the power supply department as well. At last, taking IEEE 2 machine 14-node system as an example, the feasibility of solving the problem of negative value of network loss is verified by the calculation, analysis and comparison of the example system.
