大容量变压器绝缘结构的研究

摘要:

简要介绍了单相大容量主变压器绝缘设计的难点和技术要求,以单相410 MVA/220 kV变压器的绝缘结构型式为例,对双同心绝缘结构进行验证。410 MVA/220 kV变压器是目前容量最大的220 kV级单相发电机变压器,由于容量大、电流大,绝缘结构同时要满足电、磁、热、力以及运输外限的要求,给设计上带来了困难。通过计算和试验验证,采用高-低-低-高的双同心绝缘结构,有效地解决了大容量发电机变压器的局部过热、运输困难等问题,可为超临界、超超临界发电机组用大容量发电机变压器的绝缘设计提供参考。该绝缘结构不仅适用于220 kV电压等级的发电机变压器,同样适用于500 kV及以上电压等级的超高压、特高压变压器。

Abstract:

The difficulties and technical requirements of insulation design for single-phase large-capacity main transformer are briefly introduced. Taking the insulation structure of single-phase 410 MVA/220 kV transformer as an example, the double concentric insulation structure is verified. 410 MVA/220 kV transformer is the 220 kV single-phase generator transformer with the largest capacity at present. Due to its large capacity and current, the insulation structure must meet the requirements of electricity, magnetism, heat, force and transportation limit at the same time, which brings difficulties to the design. Through calculation and test verification, the high-low-low-high double concentric insulation structure is adopted, which effectively solves the problems of local overheating and transportation difficulties of large-capacity generator transformers, and can provide reference for insulation design of large-capacity generator transformers for supercritical and ultra-supercritical generator sets. The insulation structure is not only suitable for generators and transformers with 220 kV voltage level, but also suitable for ultra-high voltage and ultra-high voltage transformers with 500 kV and above voltage level.
