基于FPGA自适应滤波器的磁轴承位移传感器故障信号处理分析

Fault Analysis of Magnetic Bearing Displacement Sensor Based on FPGA Adaptive Filter

摘要:

针对采用差动方式测量位移的主动磁悬浮轴承控制系统,研究了电涡流位移传感器故障信号与控制器输出信号之间的关系,分析了不同探头发生故障时位移传感器输出和控制器输出的特征,介绍了自适应滤波的工作原理,进而提出了基于自适应滤波的传感器故障诊断方法。该方法以两传感器输出信号的差值为参考信号对控制器的输出信号进行滤波,得到控制器输出信号与两传感器输出差值信号之间的相关系数,从而根据相关系数的极性准确判断出现故障的传感器。最后应用Matlab对其进行仿真,并结合基于可编程序门阵列(FPGA)的自适应滤波器对故障信号进行实验验证。结果表明,该方法可以准确地检测到传感器故障并识别故障传感器。

Abstract:

According to the active magnetic bearing equipped with different displacement sensors, the relationship between the fault signal of eddy current displacement sensors and the output signal of the controller is studied. The characteristics of the output of the displacement sensor and the output of the controller are analyzed in the event of failure of the different probe. The principle of adaptive filtering is introduced, and then a sensor fault diagnosis method based on the adaptive filtering is proposed. The method uses the difference between the two sensor output signals as the reference signal to filter the output signal of the controller to obtain the correlation coefficient between the controller output signal and the difference signals between the two sensors, so that the polarity of the correlation coefficient can be judged accurately faulty sensor. The simulation is carried out by Matlab, and the experimental results are verified by the adaptive filter based on field-programmable gate array (FPGA). The results show that the method can detect the sensor fault and identify the fault sensor accurately.
