摘要:

大容量电力电子技术使用大功率半导体器件,通过信息流对能量流的精确控制,实现电能的有效变换与传输。大容量电力电子装置广泛应用在电气节能、新能源发电、电力牵引、智能电网以及军工装备等领域的关键环节,对国民经济发展、工业生产及国家安全起到重要作用。本文综述了我国在大容量电力电子技术与应用方面的最新进展,比较了国内外大容量电力电子研究现状的差距,并在此基础上展望和讨论了大容量电力电子技术的未来发展趋势及我国应采取的相应对策。

Abstract:

High power electronic technologies utilize high power semiconductor devices and implement effective conversion and transmission of electric energy through the precise control of energy flow by information flow. Amounts of high power electronic equipment have been widely used in many important applications such as electric energy saving, renewable energy generation, electric traction, smart grid, military industry, etc., and play significant role in economic production and national security. This paper analyzes the latest progresses of high power electronic technologies and applications, and compares the current situations of high power electronic researches in domestic and overseas. On this basis, the future development trends of high power electronic technologies and the strategies which China should adopt are discussed and proposed.
