电磁环境下动生电动势的智能测量装置

Intelligent Measuring Device of Motional Electromotive Force in Electromagnetic Environment

摘要:

为了克服现有动生电动势测量技术存在的测量范围窄、误差大和精度低的缺点,设计了一种电磁环境下动生电动势的智能测量装置。该测量装置设有倒相器和5引脚的SPDT继电器,可实现对线圈正向、反向运动产生的动生电动势的测量,同时可对矩形线圈的运动速度实现完全自动化控制,并且由数码管直接显示,实现了系统的智能化测量。由此设计的动生电动势测量装置可以测量小到几十毫伏的动生电动势,测量范围较大,具有智能化、可视化、误差小、精度高的特点,弥补了现有动生电动势测量装置的不足。

Abstract:

In order to overcome shortcomings of the narrow range to measure, the big error and the low accuracy in measurement techniques of the motional electromotive force, an intelligent electromotive force measuring device in electromagnetic environment is designed to accomplish this task. This device is equipped with the SPDT relay with an inverter and five pins, which enables us to measure motional electromotive force generated by the forward and reverse movement of the coil, and the moving speed of the rectangular coil is automated controlled as well. The data is displayed directly by the digital tubes, creating an intelligent measurement system. This device thus is capable of measuring the millivolt of motional EMF, with advantages of the large measuring range, intelligence, visualization, smaller error and high precision, so it makes up the existing motional EMF measuring device deficiencies.
