摘要:

为了对配电网可靠性进行准确、快速评估,为合理选择可靠性提升措施提供依据,构建了基于组合赋权和改进灰色关联分析的可靠性评估及其影响因素分析模型。首先,采用G1-CRITIC法(Order relation analysis method-criteria importance though intercrieria correlation,G1-CRITIC)并结合基于最小二乘的组合赋权模型进行合理赋权,确定可靠性综合评价指标。其次,选取关键因素构建可靠性影响因素指标体系。然后,引入动态分辨系数增强数据差异性以弥补传统灰色关联分析的不足,并结合理想解法(Technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)思想,计算各影响因素相对于可靠性综合评价指标的综合灰色关联度并排序,作为可靠性提升措施参考依据。最后,通过实际算例验证所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:

In order to accurately and quickly evaluate the reliability of distribution network and provide a basis for reasonable selection of improvement measures, a reliability evaluation and influencing factor analysis model based on empowerment and improved grey correlation analysis is constructed. Firstly, the G1-CRITIC method (Order relation analysis method-criteria importance though intercrieria correlation) and the least squares-based empowerment model are used to determine the comprehensive reliability evaluation index. Secondly, the key factors are selected to construct the reliability influencing factor index system. Then, the dynamic resolution coefficient is introduced to enhance the data difference to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional grey correlation analysis. Combined with the idea of TOPSIS (Technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution), the comprehensive gray correlation degree of each influence factor relative to the reliability comprehensive evaluation index is calculated and ranked as the reference basis for reliability improvement measures. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a practical example.
