基于ID3决策树算法接触网检修方案的研究

摘要:

接触网的正常运行是电气化铁路安全运营的前提,因此需要对接触网进行实时监测和定期检修。针对目前接触网检修方案的不足,提出了基于ID3决策树算法接触网检修方案,并在接触网安全运行在线监测系统中得到实现。基于ID3决策树算法的接触网检修方案利用SQL Server2012工具多维模式中的Analysis Services技术,对接触网异常或故障数据进行预处理,运用ID3决策树算法对处理好的数据样本进行挖掘分析,构建出决策树模型。通过决策树发掘影响接触网主要设备异常或故障的主要因素,从而获得相对科学合理的检修方案。以接触网某个设备部分历史故障数据为例,通过分析计算,验证了该方案的可行性。因此,基于ID3决策树算法的接触网检修方案不仅提高了接触网检修作业的科学高效性和智能化水平,也为相关工作人员选择检修方案提供了参考。

Abstract:

The normal operation of catenary is the premise of the operation safety of electrified railway, so real-time monitoring and regular maintenance are necessary. In view of the lack of the current catenary maintenance program, a catenary maintenance plan based on ID3 decision tree algorithm is proposed and implemented in the catenary safe operation online monitoring system. The catenary maintenance solution based on ID3 decision tree algorithm which uses the Analysis Services technology in SQL Server2012 tool multi-dimensional mode, is used to preprocess abnormal or faulty data of catenary, ID3 decision tree algorithm is used to mine and analyze the processed data samples to build a decision tree model. Through the decision tree, the main factors affecting the abnormality or failure of the main equipment of the catenary is discovered in order to obtain a relatively scientific and reasonable maintenance plan. Taking the historical fault data of a piece of equipment of the catenary as an example, the feasibility of the scheme is verified through analysis and calculation. Therefore, the catenary maintenance plan based on the ID3 decision tree algorithm not only improves the scientific efficiency and the intelligence level of the catenary maintenance operation, but also provides reference for related staffs to choose the maintenance plan.
