摘要:

直流滤波电容器、直流支撑电容器等高压直流电容器是保证高压直流输电质量与稳定运行的核心器件。聚合物薄膜作为电力电容器的关键固体电介质,其击穿强度、温升特性直接影响电容器的容量与绝缘水平。本文简要介绍了高压直流电容器固体电介质材料的发展历程,论述了聚合物薄膜的击穿强度、温升特性,同时探讨了温度、复杂电场对聚合物薄膜老化行为的影响规律,对聚合物薄膜电介质面临的问题与改进措施的国内外研究成果进行了总结。

Abstract:

HVDC capacitors, such as DC filter capacitor and DC-link capacitor, are the core components to insure the quality of HVDC transmission and steady operation of power system. The breakdown field strength and temperature characteristic of polymer film affects the capacity level and the insulation of capacitors. This paper briefly introduces the development of solid dielectric materials of the power capacitor. The dielectric breakdown voltage and temperature characteristic of the polymer film were discussed in this paper. The influence of the temperature and complex electric field on polymer dielectric aging behavior is studied. Besides, the problems of the solid dielectric materials faced with and research results of improvements at home and abroad are summarized.
