智能变电站重合闸方案的研究分析

摘要:

针对智能变电站重合闸运行模式,探讨了传统站、智能站重合闸配置方案的动作过程和闭重方式,指出变化趋势及原因。根据已投产500kV智能变电站的运行经验,结合基建过程中的验收试验,深入分析重合闸的启动逻辑、动作行为、闭重条件以及母差保护、线路保护、智能终端之间的配合问题。通过具体实例,剖析双套重合闸在其他保护开入、永跳等情况下的互闭重逻辑及实现方式,并结合现场实际总结不同重合装置在智能站中的配合方式,给出合理的运行建议和配置方案。

Abstract:

In view of reclosing operation mode of intelligent station, the action process and the way of close-reaction at reclosing configuration scheme in traditional and intelligent substation are discussed in the paper, besides, the change trend and reasons are pointed out. According to the operation experience of 500kV intelligent substation that has been put into operation, the follow chapters are going to analysis the reclosing startup logic, behavior, close-reaction condition, and the coordination problems between bus differential protection, line protection and intelligent terminal deeply, combining with the acceptance test in the capital construction. The mutual close logic and implementation methods are analyzed in the situation of two sets of reclosing system in other protection enter and permanent jump by specific examples. In addition, there are reasonable operation suggestions and allocation schemes have been given by combining with the actual summary of different reclosing devices conjunction mode in intelligent substation.
