Thermoelectric Decoupling Compensation Mechanism of Gas Turbine in Beijing Power Grid

Abstract:

Thermoelectric decoupling is an effective way to solve this problem. The operation mode of the gas-fired thermoelectric unit in winter heating period greatly limits the peak regulating capacity of the gas-fired unit. In order to promote the enthusiasm of gas thermal power plant to carry out thermoelectric decoupling, a thermoelectric decoupling compensation mechanism for gas units in Beijing is proposed based on the peak regulating auxiliary service market of North China Electric Power plant, so as to improve the thermoelectric decoupling power of gas units. A case study is carried out with auxiliary heating of electric boiler installed in the unit. According to the proposed thermoelectric decoupling compensation mechanism, when the gas-fired unit is equipped with electric boiler thermoelectric decoupling heating transformation, the compensation cost of the gas-fired unit can be 121.928 5 million RMB during peak operation in the heating season. In the heating season of the unit, incremental income of about 434.83 million RMB can be obtained by thermoelectric decoupling reduced quantity and newly adjusted capacity incentive quantity and clean energy replacement generation, which compensates the generation income reduced by the unit due to deep peak regulation to some extent, can shorten the cost recovery period of the gas unit thermoelectric decoupling, and improve the enthusiasm of gas turbine thermoelectric decoupling transformation.
