Abstract:

What the porcelain body of good performance was buried not only waste resources but also pollute the environment after a large number of ceramic insulators returned. Based on these, we added grinded ceramic body into the silicon rubber material for replacing some of the aluminum powder and fumed silica. And it’s used to make Experimental. The measurements include tracking resistant, thermally stimulated current (TSC) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The effects of adding different proportions of ceramic powder on the electrical characteristics of silicone rubber are compared. The results showed that the ceramic part can significantly improve the electrical characteristics of the silicone rubber.
