Abstract:

As the power supply system for automobile electric appliance, claw pole alternator’s vibration and noise problems, especially the electromagnetic vibration and noise began to receive widespread attention. The radial electromagnetic force waves generated by the air gap magnetic field acts on the stator core, and makes stator core vibrate and then radiate noise to the surrounding. Based on the theory of electromagnetic field, the method based on brazing poles to reduce the centrifugal distortion and electromagnetic noise through fastening claw poles is put forward. An experiment platform is designed and the effectiveness of the proposed denoising methods is verified.
