Analysis and Treatment of Communication Faults of Control and Protection Devices for HVDC Transmission Projects

Abstract

Abstract:

The communication faults of the control and protection device and protection and fault information management substation appearing in the HVDC transmission project are analyzed and located, and the solutions to the weak links affecting the communication reliability are proposed. The special targeted test and the long-term simulation test are adopted, it verifies the validity and correctness of the solution, provides reference for solving such communication failures in the future, and guarantees the safe, reliable and stable operation of the grid.

0x14	SOCK_LISTEN	SOCKETn在TCP服务器的状态。等待TCP客户端的连接请求(SYN数据包), 当运行LISTEN命令时,改变为SOCK_LISTEN状态,当成功处理了TCP客户端的连接请求(SYN数据包)时,SOCK_LISTEN变为 SOCK_ ESTABLISHED。如果失败,将产生超时中断(Sn_IR(TIMEOUT)= 1), 且状态改变为SOCK_CLOSED
0x17	SOCK_ESTABLISHED	TCP建立连接的状态在SOCK_LISTEN状态,收到TCP客户端SYN数据包并成功处理,改变为SOCK_ ESTABLISHED,或CONNECT命令成功运行。在这种状态下,可以进行数据传输,即可以运行SEND或RECV命令
0x18	SOCK_FIN_WAIT	SOCKETn被关闭的状态。当SOCKET完成主动关闭或被动关闭的断开连接处理时出现这种状态。当完成断开连接处理或TCP超时(Sn_IR (TIMEOUT)=1),其状态将改变为 SOCK_CLOSED
