Abstract:

Emergency treatment of power failure has special dangers, such as unpredictable secondary explosion, high temperature and toxic and harmful gases produced by fire, leakage of highly toxic SF6 gas, hidden high temperature point and live point caused by insulation breakdown of equipment, smoke affecting sight, etc. Emergency personnel are often unable to go deeply into the scene at the first time under the premise of guaranteeing personal safety, and dispose of the scene promptly and rapidly, thus delaying the best time for emergency operation of malfunction, causing secondary and derivative accidents, resulting in the expansion of the scope of accidents, casualties or direct economic losses. Therefore, an electric emergency robot is designed to deal with the indoor and outdoor faults of substations, switching stations and distribution rooms, etc. It mainly expounds the structure design, function design and system realization of the robot. Finally, an application example of the prototype is given. The results show that all the indicators meet the design requirements.
