A q-axis Flux Linkage Identification Based Zero-correction for Position Sensor of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要:

永磁同步电机控制系统的软硬件故障可能会导致转子初始位置信息出错或丢失,进而造成控制系统失效。为了解决上述问题,分析了转子位置误差对直轴电压的影响,并提出了一种基于交轴磁链辨识的位置传感器零位校正方法。首先,通过离线辨识获取交轴磁链变化曲线,并利用曲线拟合工具获取函数,进而计算获得转子准确定位工况下的直轴电压方程。然后,利用位置信息误差对交轴磁链和直轴电压方程的影响,建立起转子位置误差的闭环校正系统,最终实现了位置传感器的在线零位校正。该方法在永磁同步电机平台进行了试验验证,结果表明,该方法具有良好的校正精度和应用可靠性。

Abstract:

The failure of hardware and software in PMSM control systems may result in unpredictable error or loss of the initial value of rotor position, and will consequently lead to failure of control system. In order to solve the problems above, the influence of rotor position error on direct-axis voltage is analyzed, and a quadrature-axis flux linkage identification based zero-position correction method for position sensors is proposed. At first, the curve of q-axis flux linkage is obtained via an offline identification. And the curve fitting tool is used to obtain the function, thus the accurate d-axis voltage equation can be calculated. Afterwards, the influence of position error on the q-axis flux linkage and d-axis voltage equation is employed for the establishment of closed-loop adjustment system for rotor position error. Finally, the online zero-correction of position sensor is achieved. The proposed method is verified on the test platform, and the results show that the proposed method has good calibration accuracy and application reliability.
