边际油田开发用集束海缆关键技术问题探究 *

摘要:

随着渤海油田的深入开发,边际油田开发项目比重逐渐加大,需要动用越来越多的边部、产能低、效益差的边际油田,采用变频器远程控制水下井口电潜泵,是提升产量和适应逐年配产的有效方式。边际油田由于分散范围大、坐落距离远,需要通过新建平台来控制周围若干井口的电力输送。连接依托平台和新建平台之间的传统三芯海缆已经不能满足多井口之间变频驱动要求。目前,多芯湿式结构集束海缆的投运是实现无人值守平台应用、集中开发多口油井、缩减施工成本、降低环境污染的有效途径。从系统组成、关键技术及解决措施、附件设计、生产工艺及综合测试等方面阐述集束海缆国产化可行性,为未来集束海缆在海上油气开发领域更加广泛的应用提出建议和思考。

Abstract:

With the in-depth development of the Bohai Oilfield, the proportion of marginal oilfield development projects has gradually increased. More and more marginal oilfields with low productivity and poor efficiency need to be put in service. The use of frequency converters to remotely control submarine wellhead electric submersible pumps is an effective way to upgrade the yield and adapt to the annual production allocation. It is necessary for marginal oilfields to build a new platform to control the power transmission of several surrounding wellheads due to their large dispersion ranges and long distances. The traditional three-core submarine cable connecting the supporting platform and the newly built platform can no longer meet the variable frequency drive requirements among the wellheads. At present, the commissioning of the multi-core wet structure bundle submarine cable is an effective way to realize the application of unmanned platforms, concentrate on the development of multiple oil wells, reduce construction costs, and decrease environmental pollution. The feasibility of localization of bundle submarine cables in terms of system composition, key technologies and solutions, accessory design, production technology and comprehensive testing are elaborated, and suggestions and considerations are proposed for the wider application of bundle submarine cables in offshore oil and gas development in the future.
