A New Decoding Method for Reluctance Cosine Resolver

摘要:

针对汽车电动助力转向系统的无刷直流电机转子位置检测的问题,介绍了一种新型的磁阻式正余弦旋转变压器解码方法。该方法使用新型旋变数字转换器AD2S1210对旋变输出信号进行解码,并设计了芯片外围电路、激励信号缓冲电路和数字接口电路。解调后的信号通过串行输出模式输出,将角位置信息送入单片机dsPIC30F6010,转子位置信息的读取采用单片机内部的EEPROM存储器数据表调用方式,最后得到类似于3个霍尔元件检测产生的互差120°的方波信号,实现了旋变模拟量到数字量的转换。所设计方案用于汽车电动助力转向系统的无刷直流电机转子位置检测,验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:

To solve the problem of rotor position detection for brushless DC motor used in electric power steering (EPS) system, this paper introduces a new decoding method for reluctance cosine resolver. This method uses a new resolver digital converter (RDC) AD2S1210 to achieve resolver output signalis decoded,and designed a chip peripheral circuit, excitation signal buffer circuits and a digital interface circuit. After demodulation, the demodulated signal is output via the serial output mode, then sending out the angular position information into the microcontroller dsPIC30F6010, and the information of rotor position is read from the EEPROM memory data table in the microcontroller. Finally, three square wave signals with a difference of 120 degrees between each other is obtained, which issimilar to the waves produced by three Halls, realizing the conversion from analog to digital. Finally, this scheme was used to detect rotor position of brushless DC motor in automotive electric power steering (EPS) system, and verify the feasibility of the method.
