Abstract:

Aiming at the new type permanent magnet/reluctance hybrid rotor dual-stator low-speed high-torque synchronous motor vector control system, its single-speed loop PI speed regulator is improved, and the single sliding mode of the motor is designed according to the principle of electromagnetic torque decoupling of internal and external motors. The speed controller measures the torque current required by the internal and external motors. In addition, in view of the error of the torque current calculation, the load disturbance observer is designed for feedback adjustment, which can improve the calculation accuracy of the torque current, thereby obtaining a more accurate reference torque current, and finally realize the internal and external motor torque decoupling control by redistributing the torque current. Through simulation analysis, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified, which can improve the dynamic response speed and anti-load disturbance ability of the system.
