Research on Integrated Energy System Configuration and Optimal Operation of Concentrating Solar Power Plant Participation Under Carbon Trading Mechanism

Abstract:

Aiming at the integrated energy system involving concentrating solar power stations under the background of “double carbon”, a two-stage robust optimal allocation and optimal operation model of multi-energy coupled regional integrated energy system considering the uncertainty of source-side output and load-side demand under the carbon trading mechanism is established. The uncertainty adjustment parameters are introduced into the model to make the scheduling scheme more flexible. Then, based on the column and constraint generation algorithm and Lagrange dual method, the original problem is decomposed into the main problem and the sub-problem to solved iteratively. Finally, the proposed method is verified by a simulation example. The results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the problem of large fluctuation of system capacity allocation caused by uncertainty factors, and reduce the comprehensive scheduling cost. At the same time, the participation of the concentrating solar power stations enable the system to take into account both low-carbon and economical.
