Abstract:

Aiming at the problems that the primary and secondary fusion intelligent integrated switch are easily interfered by lightning electromagnetic waves and has poor insulation, the application characteristics are analyzed. After device integration and function integration and primary and secondary sensing function matching, a primary and secondary fusion scheme is designed, which made the current transmission process more intelligent. By adding insulating sheets, the power frequency electromotive force is calculated, the capacitive current in the line is affected by the voltage drop on the inductive reactance, and the resistance divider voltage sensor is used to enhance the insulation and breakdown resistance of the switch. the ratio difference and phase difference was calculated, and the secondary voltage signal of the FTU transformer is combined to determine the location of lightning interference, so as to realize the switch’s anti-electromagnetic wave interference. The test showed that there is no damaging discharge phenomenon such as breakdown and flashover in the power frequency withstand voltage circuit, and the average breakdown electric field strength reached a maximum of 5.8 V/m, which is consistent with the actual value test result, it indicated that the switch had a strong insulation strength. The distribution network provided technical support for reasonable control of current and voltage output.
