Study on the Influence of the Position of Electroscope on the Sensitivity of Capacitive Electroscope in Catenary

Abstract:

According to the inaccurate checking of the electroscope during the catenary maintenance operation, the GSY-II 27.5 kV capacitive electroscope is taken as an example. Firstly, the working principle is analyzed. Secondly, the capacitance current value and the minimum starting current value of the electroscope in catenary different positions are compared through simulation. Then, the influence of the electroscope position on the sensitivity of the electroscope is analyzed. Finally, the simulation result is verified by the field test, which has a guiding function for the on-site maintenance work, and can effectively protect the safety of the maintenance personnel.
