Abstract:

Considering that the current research neglects the differentiated user demands in power quality pricing, a power quality pricing method for incremental distribution networks is proposed. First, the power cost, quality and reliability characteristics of incremental distribution networks are defined; the power supply service levels are classified according to the user power demands in the incremental distribution networks, and the user demand levels are determined by analytic hierarchy process. Next, based on practical survey in the pilot incremental distribution networks, a power quality based pricing model considering the above characteristics is established, and the pricing method and strategy of power quality based on user demand levels are constructed. Finally, the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method and strategy are verified by typical case study. New ideas and strong support for the construction and operation of incremental distribution networks are provided.
