Abstract:

DEED is a common multi-objective optimization problem with high latitude, non-linearity and strong coupling in power system. In order to cope with the impact of wind farm random fluctuation on power system dynamic scheduling, the spinning reserve constraint considering wind farm randomness is added into the traditional DEED model. A DEED model considering both fuel cost and pollution emission target, valve point effect of conventional generators, network loss, spinning reserve requirement and climbing rate is constructed. According to the characteristics of DEED model, a new multi-objective moth-flame optimization (MOMFO) is proposed. Furthermore, a dynamic relaxation constraint processing mechanism for model complex constraints is adopted. Finally, the feasibility and validity of MOMFO in solving this kind of problems are verified by taking different scheduling schemes of 10-machine test system as examples.
