Structure of Decision Support System Based on Multi-Agent for Micro-Grid Operation

Abstract:

Energy coordination is used to ensure economic and stable operation in micro-grid. The safety, economic and reliability operation in micro-grid depend on the decision support system(DSS). Once the micro-grid occurred fault, the decision support system can diagnose fault and recover quickly, to avoid great losses due to fault in micro-grid operation. Combined the problems to be solved such as security, stability, and economic operation of micro-grid, the structure of decision support system based on multi-agent is designed in the paper and with the assitance of JADE platform building the software framework. The DSS of micro-grid operation can make out economic operation way when micro-grid in normal operation condition, and give economic assessment. When failures happen in micro-grid, the fault diagnosis agent combined with expert system can analysis the fault accurately and quickly. Then, failures recovery agent can recover the failure. Lastly, the DSS making process decision in network failure in the form of a numerical example is expounds.
